One of the best buys. I seriously got on all fours and scrubbed the shower with a fancy mop?!?! Thats much better! You can reach and clean from one place - don't bend over! According to some other reviews, the top came loose once during use. It didn't bother me... I just had to tighten it with a rubber band every now and then. The connection that extends it is a bit tight. Again, it didn't bother me much... I still haven't had too much trouble extending it. Overall it's worth $20 or whatever I pay for it. I no longer have to have a serious fear of cleaning the bathroom.
