Unsurpassed WIRELESS sound quality BUT.

This headset just isn't good. The sound quality for a wireless headset is unmatched anywhere in the room. The sound quality puts it on a level above other wireless headphones. Musically airy in detail. Unless you have a big head, if you just want the highest quality sound I can't recommend them highly enough. Where this headset suffers is almost everywhere. Comfort leaves a lot to be desired. My big head makes them uncomfortable. This headset suffers what many headsets suffer when it comes to the extension mechanism. By stretching you increase the clamping force due to the curvature of the headset. So while it would be extremely comfortable for small heads, they can feel very tight once they reach half full extension. The pads are also small and firm, which is why I find the pressure points higher than the nasty pads I put on them. I also find that the headband padding doesn't match the weight of the headphones. I think that with the weight of flat headbands, a suspension headband is a must. The quality of the microphone is not particularly impressive. Shure Co-Development cannot exempt headset microphones from size restrictions. The excellent Virtuoso XT microphone is the best on the market. It is also one of the largest capsules, if not the largest. The functionality is also very mediocre. No media controls for Bluetooth or 2.4GHz wireless modes, the way to balance channels between Bluetooth and 2.4G (you can use both at the same time) is very counterintuitive; You have to turn the volume wheel while holding it down. There is also no way to turn off the side effect without downloading the management and configuration app. Perhaps the biggest disappointment is the durability. The clips that attach them to the earcups are very thin. Probably where most of the stress is and it was very uncomfortable to see. It's hollow plastic. The headband is easy to fold up. After a day of use, I already feel a residual deformation in the middle of the headband. In general, I would only recommend this headset for children or people with small heads. Otherwise, as sad as it is for me to say, stay away from them. You will just be heartbroken for something so close but so far from perfection.
