These blankets are extra large (7 x 5) and come in a compact carry case for easy storage in the car. The bag contains four individually wrapped blankets, each in a ziploc bag. In addition, a carabiner is attached to the soft case so that you can carry it yourself or in a backpack. I can't comment on how effective they are as I haven't had to use them, but they claim to be 90% gentle on the body. Warmth. I'll keep one in my backpack when I go camping and the rest in the car.
