I worked with Ryan at WildEyes several years ago when they were just starting out as part their first big contract, we had two very different projects but he was great! He's incredibly intelligent about his craft - not afraid or arrogant (which can be hard sometimes) -- smart enought o know what you want without being pushy/eager; good listener who will challenge your assumptions if necessary; able t deal honestly wih difficult conversations even though it might make him look bad by comparison ; willing & capable partner / teammate regardless where things are going right now professionally speaking :).
