After reading the reviews I expected the worst. I like the pattern, the color and the discounted price so I decided to try my luck. First, it's pretty thick and plush, so it's pretty snug. You can feel the wires, but not uncomfortable. The wires have to be there for it to work, right? Why 3 star rating? The 12 inches around the rim of this 50x60 cast have no wires. We make an efficiently heated area 26x36. Minus one star. Warming up takes some time. I turned it on and left for 15 minutes. Barely warm. Minus one star. Eventually it got warm, but I didn't pay attention. If it goes wrong it still makes an excellent throw so I'll leave it as it is.
