I was very surprised by all the features of this watch and how well it worked. The screen is large and easy to read. It has an easy-to-use touchscreen and you can navigate through all the features with a simple tap or swipe. Instructions come with helpful videos and setup was easy. Groups are a way to change. They come off easily, too easily, I accidentally touched the button with the needle and the strap came off immediately and I'm nervous it will fall off. But it does have decent battery life, especially considering all of its features and how often I use it. My favorite band is rubber, it didn't need to be broken in and was comfortable for long term wear. I think the dial makes it a bit bulky for sleeping. I appreciate that they come with screen protectors, that's a must have for me! And they don't slow down the response to touch.
