I used this probably once a day or every other day and I noticed a difference. I will buy it again as soon as I can fit it into my budget. I recommend. It softens the skin, which I think is an anti-aging effect. I gave some to my mom and I'm not sure if she noticed a difference, but I pay more attention to my skin and notice every detail in its texture with daily checks!
