I LOVE this spray because it really works for me! It can be used every morning and evening after brushing your teeth, as well as for a quick breath at any time of the day. This spray works 100 times better than just trying to clean your tongue. Your breath is much fresher and cleaner, much longer than trying to brush your tongue. I love the taste and I don't have the "alcohol" feeling that comes with mouthwash. If you use this spray and the scraper that comes with it (I like the scraper too), you can see all the bacteria and dirt that's on your tongue after you've just eaten. I travel a lot around the world and am stuck on 16 hour flights. I take this spray and toothbrush with me to use on flights to keep my mouth clean and fresh. I highly recommend this spray to everyone!
