Perfect fit for gearbox and gearbox

These are the bushings needed to install the manual shifter on my 2006 Ram 2500 with NV271 transfer case. They fit perfectly and hold the shifter securely in place. I can't tell any difference between them and the OEM in terms of fit and overall appearance. They are very easy to install, it only takes a second to snap into place. Note that they are directional, with the tapered ends pointing toward the centerline of the vehicle and the flat ends pointing outward toward the left side of the vehicle.
