Really great little heat exchanger, I use it to blow cold air, not to dissipate heat.

I made a small personal fridge out of a vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle. I put a 5v submersible micropump in the bottle, connected it through the cap to the heat exchanger and then back into the bottle. When filled with ice water, I can get cool breeze for about 1.5 hours. The heat exchanger works perfectly.
