We implemented this system for our college which has several campuses in multiple states, thus we required that all users be able view their reports from any location at home/office with minimum software configuration issues or bugs being reported by campus administrators who were unaware these problems existed until they started working closely within each Campus Data System Support Team (CDSST). The ability track student information across years including graduation info was key while implementing new financial aid procedures due tot his feature set as well along side other features like scheduling classes online etc.
