If I could give this hat 10 stars, I would! This is the perfect size for a medium to small sized dog, but will also easily fit a larger dog (can also fit snugly around a person just looks small). My corgi roamed the apartment after I put this on him and it stayed on the adjustable elastic. He became the most beautiful Halloween cowboy! If you're looking for the perfect costume/accessory for your dog, I highly recommend it!
