I bought it in 2018 and I've been using it every day since. The convertibility wasn't very useful - I tried wearing it as a backpack on long walks and it wasn't very comfortable. BUT otherwise I LOVE this bag as a purse. My iPhone 5s and wallet fit perfectly in the front zip pocket, and my Kindle fits perfectly in the other (rear) zip pocket. The rivet/clip holding the case open at the front popped out last year, but I just replaced it with a small screw from a hardware store and it has held up just fine ever since. I finally got a large iPhone that is too big for the front zip. Tray, but if you have an iPhone 12 mini it will work just fine.
