Beautiful dress....! in my rating
Very cute tutu dress. My daughter is 2 years old, about 28 pounds, she is a size 2t. It fits perfectly except the shoulders drop so I had to fix it. Also, it was very cute for her second birthday.
- The back was loose, which caused the front to hang low. Otherwise it was a great dress!
- May not last and need to be replaced frequently due to wear and tear.
