I was looking for a Hawaiian floral print on a helmet and was so happy to see this - it's for a 2 year old girl, she has a big head and it was a bit big , but you can buy some pieces of foam to add inside - they are not included. I don't know about the safety factor as it's only for a toddler riding a tricycle in the driveway but she wore it for the first few days and didn't take it off so it should be comfortable. It's as cute as the pictures
