I purchased this dress in the light blue denim color. it was beautiful. i liked it so well, i purchased it in black. i also needed it for an upcoming party on the weekend. strike number 1, it was super wrinkled, like it had been washed, i recommend the company find a better way to ship there merchandise. i expect some wrinkles, but this was ridiculous. the blue one was wrinkled, as well. strike number 2, one of the pockets was defected. it was sewed outside the dress. Strike number 3, i ordered a medium and received a small. strike number 4, the tie in the back was broke. i was livid. i had to calm down before i contacted customer service, which was the most rewarding experience. the representative was awesome. her name was Lily. She was patient, understanding and vey sympathetic to my situation. She recommended another black dress, which i purchased. at the end of the conversation. She was amazing. Special thanks to Lily.
