This tie is fantastic. I used a pry bar to stick it in the ground pretty deep, it won't come out. I got it because I'm a sitter, Australian Shepherd mix, German Shepherd/Husky mix, and Pitbull/Mastiff mix. He withstood all three throws on the leash. Even the crazy Pitbull/Mastiff who seems to love risking his life because why breathe when you can't. If you keep it outside, eventually it will start to rust. Still works though, I mean it's a piece of metal. WARNING: He will lose the battle with the lawn mower. The lawn mower loses too. So you are. Do not force them to fight, the result is not worth it.
