This is great! They were easy to install. I didn't use a template as I have an adjustable cutter. The color I chose is perfect (3K) as we didn't want anything that looked like an OP. Read another review that recommends lowering the color temperature here. 3K is ideal if you are looking for the kind of light that a traditional lamp would give you, but with high LED brightness. I installed 7 of these in a 13' x 18' room.
