The engineer who developed this device is not thoughtful. The instructions do not match what is actually happening. For example, press and hold a complex key sequence and wait for the blinking lights to go off and then come back on! Then you should hear 8 tones at the end. But do you only hear 3, or are they telling you to wait for 3 tones when it's actually 3 groups of 3 tones each? I couldn't figure it out and knowing this company must have come across this before and didn't give really clear instructions, I decided to pay a deposit. I tried calling their customer service which they strongly recommend the buyer do before returning the item. They were closed on Saturdays but now I understand that I will be on the phone for a very long time whenever I call them, still because of their poor instructions. Rather than phoning me and wasting our time, I suggest this company MAY HAVE CHANGED INSTRUCTIONS for the sale of all new equipment. I can't believe there are so many good reviews for this product and I am skeptical as to its origin.
