I have rosacea, urticaria and columnar keratosis. I was under the impression that I had demodectic blepharitis. I bought this product after looking at the reviews on YouTube and it seems to be helping. I was so desperate for a quality product that would relieve my severe itching and burning rashes on my face and body. Well, I'm not kidding, after my first use of this soap on my face, my rosacea cleared up SO MUCH! I couldn't believe it. Due to rosacea and a possible demodex mite (which I went to the doctor for but refused to examine my hair follicles), my face was SO oily! My face has never been so oily. This product keeps the oil on for about 2 hours and then my face looks awful again. I've been using this product for about 5 days and within 2 days my acne was gone. I still have redness on my face. My hair on top of my head is very thin and itchy in some places, I also use soap for the scalp. I have colored hair and soap doesn't wash the color out. What I don't like, however, is that washing with soap creates a waxy feeling on the body and hair. I have to wash my hair lightly with coconut oil shampoo after using tea tree oil soap on my scalp. Otherwise, the hair will be greasy afterwards. The soap has a light tea tree scent.
