Not as good as another brand we've had for 14 years

Hard to train our new dog in it. We have had another brand for 14 years and it was easy to teach a dog to use it. The problem with this call is that the button they press is a fairly small area and white in color, so there needs to be some degree of precision when pressing it. Another thing is that the really sensitive area to press is in the middle, there is a dead zone around it. So the area they need to hit is about 1.5 inches in diameter. It's difficult for a dog. All in all it's pretty bad.
