I just received my oven and so far I love it. I used to only cook rolls and buns, but the oven has proven to be excellent. There were no issues with fan noise as some have mentioned. When unpacking the oven, the core temperature sensor was accidentally thrown out. I sent 2 messages to customer service explaining what happened and asking how I can buy another temperature sensor. The part number is listed in the manual but does not provide ordering assistance. The probe was one of the reasons I bought the oven, so I want to replace it. If I don't get an answer to such a simple question, I'm afraid I might get in trouble if something serious happens and I need help. support where are you
