As you can see in the photo the block on the left broke when tightening the screw to prevent the pin from turning. This piece is made from a cheap pan. The brackets appear to be well made, but not this part. I will send them back in hopes of getting a replacement. I will update my customer service experience. Update: Customer service is excellent. After my initial check, I was contacted and a replacement was sent. It took a little longer than I wanted but I'm happy with the service and it's good for the price. Only tighten the screws lightly.
