The best feature is that it allows you to make changes in real time without having to wait for an admin or call center agent as well as allowing us to do this remotely so we don't have to be physically at our desk! It does take some getting used too but once your comfortable with what's available there isn't much else I dislike about win sense other than being able to get more features if needed (the trial version only gives you access up until 4 minutes). If you're looking into making any type of change regarding how someone interacts w/incoming phones then definitely consider using Win Sense because not many companies offer such functionality anymore. We've been able to resolve incoming issues faster since adding live monitoring along with auto attendant which helps identify where the issue lies when multiple people are calling in together causing confusion amongst eachother & ourselves. I like that I can track my calls and voicemails. It's simple to use and it's easy to integrate with my CRM. I don't like that I can't use the same number for both my cell and home phone. I wish I could use the same number for both. I've tried other similar services and they didn't have the features that win sense has. I'm solving the problem of not being able to keep track of my calls and voicemails.
