Out of Service: Battery Chargers

I ordered this for my Milwaukee Axis heated jacket. It doesn't work for that. It keeps turning off as if the current is being overloaded. I hooked it up to my Milwaukee m18 xc3.0, the jacket lasts a maximum of 30 seconds. Connect the m12 to the jacket and it works as usual. I don't know if I have a faulty or bad power regulator in the unit that keeps my jacket turning off.
