When I first bought it it worked fine but there was always a "click" noise. Last night I discovered that this noise is due to the middle part holding the silicone bristles being loose and popping out easily. It also turned out that the hollow bottom holds the old, nasty water, and nobody needs that. Look at the photo to see how the water gets into the hollow, non-glued and non-sealed handle! It's going to be gross in there and this design is CHEAP. The pieces had to be glued together, whether by hot melt or glue. I ordered a full silicone that doesn't have this particular flaw. And sure enough, this unit fell apart 2 days AFTER my return window closed. Come on no returns but I will never buy this product or anything like it again. It was cheap, yes, but I hate wasting money on junk products. This is a garbage product.
