I have two different brands and I ordered two of them because I like it when my masseur uses two massagers at the same time. My traumas seem to overlap, and it helps that they come from two different things. The two I had before were very bulky so I wanted to try them. They are definitely easy. I'm sure my therapist appreciated that. The speeds jump too quickly for me between softer and harder. It's still okay and I wouldn't throw them away or send them back. However, these guns heat up too much and too quickly on high settings, so much so that they burned me. I had a blister in two places so I'll only use it on medium and low settings to avoid that. I wouldn't say I won't buy this product but I would say be very careful with it.
