The set is well built, fits perfectly and contains everything you need for comfortable cooking/dining for two whenever you like. It's easy enough to pack, although it takes up a lot of space. BUT, if you can camp or don't have any other items, or can even attach it to the outside of your backpack, don't worry. As always, MSR designed and built a great product with this kit. UPDATE: After a few months in the field, I love this set even more. My wife and I use MSR equipment regularly at home, so I purchased this kit for my East Africa outreach. I couldn't be happier with it. From roasted bushmeat with local herbs and spices to red wine and 'jungle juice', I've eaten better in the bush for weeks than at 4-star restaurants back home. The set packs up easily, bakes evenly, is easy to clean and impresses everyone around you. I've cooked on the MSR stove (using different fuels), on coals, and even on an overheated engine block; The kit is solid and in good condition. Despite being the only element in the bushes, I often have to carry "dead weight" (field operators know what I mean) and a willingness to serve 2 has provided many comfortable nights for many who would otherwise be unhappy. . This set is twice as expensive.
