The ability to track and manage customer communications. Also the ability to create and send automated emails. It is a great way to keep in touch with customers and prospects. It is not very easy to use for the first time. It is not very intuitive. The customer service is very poor. I have been trying to use eConnect Email for almost a year now and I have only been able to send out a few emails. I have been told that it is a great tool but there are so many bugs that it is not usable. I would not recommend this product. It is very expensive and it does not work very well. We are using eConnect Email to send out emails to customers and prospects. It is very easy to create and send emails.
