Excellent customer support for those who need it.

At first I said it was useless because I couldn't get it to work. Today I found out from the amazing support team that I'm actually an idiot :) The disc and case I bought were completely incompatible. Oh my God. Support (I think Doug) helped me figure it out. I'm sending this one back to replace one that actually works.
