Awesome buy at $20. You can place this just below your GPU or just above it. I have a 3090 and the backplate gets pretty hot due to the extra memory on the back of the board. I have this slot right above my card pushing air from the top. When using EVGA ICX sensors I see 5-10 degree drops depending on my workload. These fans are PWM controlled. These aren't the quietest fans, but you don't need them to run at full capacity. At 40-50% PWM these fans are not audible on my system. The frame that holds the fans together is easy to disassemble and you can replace these fans with others if needed.
