I like that it’s simple to use, takes only one or two taps per app to send an email out via Zapier instead of having to do it manually in my mailbox every time I want to send someone a quick note through Slack or Discord. It also allows me to keep track of things more easily than if I were using individual apps for each type of communication medium. There are some bugs as far as integrating other platforms go (like Salesforce). But honestly, those aren't really a huge deal because they're very easy fixes compared to actually solving the problem itself. Our team has been able to quickly communicate within our internal teams and external clients without wasting valuable minutes writing emails by hand. We've found we need this service less now since we have integrated services such as Slack into our daily workflow but still find.
