I love this backpack to carry my laptop to and from work. Just two minor complaints. The straps tend to loosen or not stay at the correct length as the straps are smaller than the mount. Another thing is your laptop compartment is too big for modern laptops so my laptop is not as secure as I would like and things tend to fall into this bag which can scratch it. As I said, minor complaints and I still love the backpack. The color is great and I love the charging port on the outside.
