First. You have to fight to get air in happy birthday balloons. One was basically sealed and we had to work hard for 20 minutes to get a straw in before we finally got it. 21 balloons are not 40 inches. And be prepared that when you fill them with helium they will stand still but not take off into the air unless you tie other helium filled balloons to them. That's how we made them swim. Lastly if you are wearing a size larger than 14. The belt doesn't fit.
