Wonderful. Works better than my juicer

Works great. I just mix what I want, pour it in a colander and get the juice. I had a juicer and this thing makes way more juice. Like 90-something percent! My health is at its peak like never before. After juicing spinach, kale, carrots, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, organic fuji apples or any apple, my face is firm and rejuvenated, bags under my eyes are gone, I feel great, I am generally healthy. or two, or as many as you need) are amazing things for your health. But unfortunately most people don't know the hell what they're doing because they see what they see on TV and they think it looks cool. .Here are some tips: Buy food fresh and mix it with some water, strain and drink it quickly, if possible within a few minutes. or buy fresh groceries and freeze them to lock in the remaining nutrients. When you're done, take it out of the freezer and hold it under water for about 3 seconds. Add to blender, strain and drink within 10 minutes or less of preparation. . Don't walk around like your favorite Hollywood actress sipping on a fancy green smoothie. It's only in the movies / made by misinformed people. * Do coffee enemas, this will release many of the negative substances you have in your colon which if left there will cause many health problems and diseases. You'll know it works when you're on a juice fast, and yet you get a lot out of it. It's years of shit trapped in your body slowly killing you. get rid of it * If you're juicing, just do it for as long as possible, drink the juice quickly (no matter how many days you have to do it for the rest of your life, unless you want exceptional health). This will change your health. * You need vitamin B12 and omega-3 capsules, this is for heart health. Amazing heart health is the key to a long healthy life. * Cut away meat, chicken, sweets (except monk fruit sweetener), eggs, butter, dairy, etc. etc. It's hard, but I allow myself to cheat one day a week. And that the next day or two I fast on juices and then on other days I can only eat fruit and vegetables until the 7th day. (Cheat Day) A cheat day isn't bad as long as you don't overdo it and do it as often as every day or several days in a row, then it becomes an unbalanced diet. It takes up most of your overall diet. This shouldn't be the case for you. *** Stop throwing in a bunch of fruit and sifting it into juice. Although it's a healthier sugar than processed sugar, it's still sugar and can raise insulin levels in the blood. Because with him there is nothing more to take in. I'm mostly veggies and some fruit, maybe an apple, a few or something. A typical drink (mixture or juice) occasionally consists of spinach (fresh organic), organic kale, organic romaine lettuce (dark green), organic carrots, beets.
