I bought this for my apartment because apparently they think we don't need towel rails here. I think maybe we should just throw them on the floor when we're done showering? Who knows. Anyway, I bought this InterDesign Classico towel rail over the shower door in chrome. I read the reviews on here about the screws not fitting and thought hmmm. maybe everything will be fine now. Had not. A towel rail arrived and I dealt with it immediately. When trying to screw in the 2nd screw I found I had a problem. I received only 5 of the 6 screws needed. And of these 5 only 2 went on the shelf, the remaining 3 were defective. The threads were wrong. Good OK. I emailed InterDesign and explained the problem. Remarkably, they called me back the same day and took care of my problem. This almost NEVER happens. So I assembled this towel rail. I love it. Surprisingly quite durable. Doesn't jump back and forth at all. I have it above the bathroom door (inner door, not shower door). It dangles a bit but there are holes where it can be screwed into the door but.Flat. It slips a bit every now and then, but that doesn't bother me at all. In general, I am satisfied with the shower column. He does what he has to do. Beautiful and durable, I think it will last a long time. After I had all the working parts it was very easy to put it together. I only screwed in 6 screws. Although I often review products that are offered to me at a promotional price, this was a personal purchase. I paid full price. I was not asked and am under no obligation to provide feedback.
