This was for a rainbow butterfly frame with narrower bolt cutouts showing most of the top of my US license plate. It's metal with a nice baked varnish feel and fits perfectly, with tabs on the underside of the frame to hold the panel and screw holes so they match my panel and car perfectly. It came with some nice gaskets and caps with new mounting screws. The packaging was a large envelope with heavily ribbed air-filled dividers that successfully protected the frame from damage during transit. Shipping was estimated at around 8 weeks but arrived in just a day to 3 weeks. Excellent purchase. Can't predict if washes or wear will affect the frame, that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
