Stopped working in less than a week

At first I liked the product but today is November 15th and I received the headphones on the 7th. It stopped working 2 days ago and I no longer have the box it came in as it worked fine for the first few days. I am currently working on getting a refund or a new one. At first the headphones worked fine, but now they just charge but won't turn on.
