Very good value for money. You won't find it cheaper anywhere. Also in the auto parts trade. The part came with a heat shield, an exhaust gasket for the actual exhaust, and a donut gasket. The part fit almost the same as the original and was recently used to a good part for replacement (I'm not a mechanic). Gone is the "ticking" noise due to exhaust leaks and the engine now runs very quietly. I even have better gas mileage. Very happy with this purchase.
