Very good acupressure for hands. Multiple settings to choose from allow the machine to focus on specific areas of the hand and wrist. You can also choose how strong the pressure should be on the hand. Photo shows print at setting number 3 of 6. The round marks are the result of squeezing the rubber tips on the hand and then releasing. The device also has air cushions inside that also apply pressure, which is very nice. Heat and vibration are a plus. Circular imprints from the hands last about 30 minutes after the massage. The device helps treat my hands, where my fingers sometimes hurt from long hours of computer work. I like the device very much, I recommend it!
