These are exactly as pictured. The bigger gems look plastic v the smaller ones that look a bit more like natural opal but over all super cute. Read the description for the sizes or otherwise you will be surprised when you receive this. The guage is not standard for nose ring jewelry and will be painful if your piercing is not that size. Like another person pointed out, if you have acrylic nails these will be hard to put in. I had to remove the acrylic on my index and thumb to put an L shaped in.
