Cooks quickly and evenly!

I was pleasantly surprised that it is very light. It only makes good toast on level 3. Doesn't heat up outside like my current toaster that I'm replacing. Our bagels fit into large slots and are toasted evenly on all sides. Very happy with this purchase so far.
