Pros: The headlight gives decent light. Rechargeable - no batteries required. Easy installation. Includes an extra strap in case it gets lost or frays which is nice. The headlight snaps in and out so nobody hits the headlight when you park your bike. This clip and the on/off buttons take a little getting used to, but after that it's very easy to use. Comes with two interchangeable chargers. Cons: I don't see them. Notes: Generally, for these products, the low price (e.g. $15) is primarily intended to be "seen" while the high price ($100 or more) is primarily intended to be "seen". ." This product is seen better, but in my suburb with relatively few street lights, being able to see the road ahead for sure at night is enough for me. I find this product to be suitable for most people. I can see that some Reviewers think the headlight is super bright and others not bright enough.
