This extension is what you need. A stout 10ft cable (good quality) is just what I needed to increase the power in high spots like tall cabinets and shelves. I like separate switch sockets for security reasons and because you can use them to switch on and off depending on the device connected. It has overvoltage protection and a circuit breaker with reset function.

Pros

Flat blade power adapter: Compact design with rectangular flat blade keeps the power cord close to the wall. 15A circuit breaker to protect the device from overload and the effects of voltage fluctuations, surges, surges, surges and unexpected power outages.
