When I received it it had a small battery so I could pair it with my tablet. I then tried charging the battery because it was dead and wouldn't charge no matter what I did. A red light will illuminate to indicate it's presumably charging, but even after many hours of charging, it's dead as soon as it's unplugged. Also doesn't connect to the tablet when it's plugged in, so even if I just wanted to keep it charging all the time, that wouldn't work either.
