Quality control, wrong installation. False advertising.

Very weak. Must contain resistors for proper operation. Very poor machining tolerances. False advertising. They don't work like runners and beacons.

Pros

Installation: Black wire for ground, red wire for signal lights. The third wire is for high beam. Can be installed in front or rear.
