These pants are EVERYTHING! I have terrible neuropathy in both legs and feet.I wear t-shirt type pajamas. Comfort and less hindrance. I initially bought my 1st pair, with a matching t-shirt from another store, so I could be more presentable and able to be seen at appts or staff visits etc.So light and comfortable, no hugging type materialsThey really are as smooth as butter. I'm on ebay bc I'm about to purchase my third pair! My weight fluctuates between 190-205.I'm 5'9 I buy a 3x in these pants and I swim in them. The draw string is very necessary item.My advice? Get'em
