Basically a cheap plastic poncho at a gas station with a zipper. For $45? I think I'll just spend the extra $5 and buy a good quality legitimate coat from Columbia or Eddie Bauer.
- Ideal for school, camping, hiking or daily outdoor activities
- May not provide enough freedom of movement for activities such as cycling or running.
