We bought this for our dining room, it's amazing but the installation will drive you crazy. It took us 2 days to fix everything. By the end of the first day we found that these instructions were for a different light. We followed them step by step and when we got to the last step the light cover was not attached at all as the instructions said. We were too tired and frustrated to take it off and start over. The next morning we removed it and installed the lamp cover, removing some of the crystal fins so we could use a magnetized screwdriver to hold the screws in place to secure the cover. Then reposition it to attach the crystal balls in the center. I just hope the light never goes out and needs to be replaced. This is a way out of the project, especially if the wrong directions are given. There is said to be a YouTube video you can watch to help with the installation, but it turns out to be unavailable, as does the manufacturer's website. So you are on your own with this happiness. I will say it was worth it, it is absolutely beautiful!
