Prepare a rubber band

If you don't have a rubber band big enough to fit around your toilet, don't buy it! There is no way to fasten them around a small box! These are plastic foils without rubber bands. Totally useless! The instructions say to wrap them in "elastic band" but they don't! So unless you already have something similar to wrap your kitty litter, this won't work for you either.
